Tenderized round cuts come from the lower hind leg. It is comparable to the Bottom Round Roast. This cut is the leanest of all beef cuts. The best cook would be to tenderize and pan fry with olive oil after marinating. Or, you can always make chicken fried steak! Medium heat and slightly longer cook works best. Cook it through, but be careful about overcooking as beef gets tougher the longer it’s cooked.
