Cheeseburger Breakfast Smash
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp. Butter_12 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 cup Cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onions in skillet over medium heat. Remove from heat and drain. Set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet. Add eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly until eggs are no longer runny.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Stir in ground beef.
- Serve immediately.
