Cheeseburger Breakfast Smash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp. Butter_12 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 cup Cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onions in skillet over medium heat. Remove from heat and drain. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in skillet. Add eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly until eggs are no longer runny.
  3. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Stir in ground beef.
  5. Serve immediately.
