This cheeseboard was cut from a log of Jamaican Walnut. The log was cut into planks, and planed to thickness and smoothness. The outer shape was cut on a bandsaw. Polyurethane was applied to protect the wood.
This board is food safe. It is not dishwasher or microwave safe. Butter-knives and cheese-knives only.
