This Bowl was hand-turned on a lathe. It was taken from a log of Elm Wood and worked into the bowl you see in the pictures. First a raw cut or shape had to be made from the greenwood. It was allowed to dry for a year, then was further refined on the lathe. Once the final shape was achieved, it was given a clear acrylic finish.

It is food safe.

It is NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
