This meat was processed a year ago. We want to be clear that it is discounted because we have meat from the same month of the current year. It has been/remained frozen since processing, has good vacuum sealed packaging, and is considered safe for consumption indefinitely until thawed (even partially) or the packaging is damaged.

This meat was vacuum sealed and flash frozen at processing, and has remainT-bone, or porterhouse steaks come from the loin area behind the ribs. This cut consists of a New York steak, and a tenderloin filet. It is known for being very tender, well marbled, and flavorful. T-bones cook best on the grill with a flame.
